Robert Welch has been passionately involved with photographing people for over 25 years. He began his professional wedding and portrait career in the mid-90's. He became the owner of Flash Foto, Inc., in 2000, which has been mainstay in West St. Tammany parish, Louisiana, for over 20 years. In 2004, he was joined by his wife, Lisa Welch, who brought her creativity to the partnership with her beautiful video work.

Welch Photography & Video/Flash Foto is located in Southeastern Louisiana, on the Northshore of Lake Pontchartrain in Mandeville.
About 45 minutes from New Orleans, take the Causeway bridge North, take the first exit to the right and turn right on Monroe St., proceed straight about 2 miles to Girod St., turn left on Girod and proceed about 1/2 mile to the corner of Girod St. and Caroline St.
From Slidell, 30 minutes, head West on Interstate 12 and take the Hwy 59 exit (#65), and head South toward Mandeville about 3 miles, go past Hwy 1088 to the corner of Hwy 59 (Girod St.) and Caroline St.
From Hammond/Baton Rouge, head East on Interstate 12 and take the Hwy 59 exit (#65), and head South toward Mandeville about 3 miles, go past Hwy 1088 to the corner of Hwy 59 (Girod St.) and Caroline St.
